obopay is a free online bank account that you can use to send money to any cell phone number. if you owe a friend some money this is much more convenient than writing a check.once you sign up, you can link another bank account, and transfer your money from obopay into your bank. or, you can request an obopay mastercard, and use it to withdraw money at an atm or spend it anywhere debit mastercard is accepted.
